Information you give us directly

When you fill in a form, book a Growth Call, request a Lead-Leak Audit, message us on WhatsApp, or email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send. That typically includes:

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number
• Details about your business and what you are trying to solve
• The content of your messages and our correspondence with you

We use this to reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep records of our dealings with you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records some technical information when you visit:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, device type, operating system and screen size
• Pages viewed, time on page, and the link or advert that brought you here

WhatsApp and social platforms

Our site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried and stored by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms, and we keep a copy of the conversation in our systems so we can serve you. Clicking a social link takes you to a platform that operates independently of us.

Scheduling and hosting

Bookings made through our site are handled by a third-party scheduling tool, and the site itself is hosted by a third-party web host. Both process limited data on our behalf in order to provide their service.

How we use your information

• To answer enquiries and provide quotes
• To deliver and support the websites and automations you engage us to build
• To send you information about your project, invoices and payment reminders
• To measure and improve our website, our advertising and our service
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing

If you have enquired or worked with us, we may send you occasional messages about our services. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying or emailing info@brightn8.com. Requests are actioned promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can handle follow-up questions and meet legal and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the tools described above. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

Where your information is held

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. We choose providers that offer recognised safeguards for international transfers and that commit contractually to protecting the data they handle for us.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to client records to people who need it, and rely on reputable providers for hosting and storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take the protection of your information seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep
